LED stands for Light Emitting Diode, which is a tiny computer chip encased in glass. Each LED emits a wavelength of light that provides unique therapeutic benefits. LED is non-invasive, painless and requires no recovery time. Recovery Loop utilizes light stimulation in the light red, dark red, infrared and deep infrared spectrums. Each Recovery Loop pod is equipped with 80 medical-grade LEDs.
Step 1
Choose either the long or short strap depending on where you are using.
Step 2
Clip the Recovery Loop pod to the appropriate strap eyelet.
Step 3
Adjust and fasten the strap so that the Recovery Loop pod is secure and in place.
Step 4
Use for 20 minutes and move to a new area that needs relief.
