What is RESTYLANE®?
Restylane® is the first filler composed of NASHA™ gel, Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid. It’s proven to give long-lasting correction of moderate-to-severe facial wrinkles and folds, with results that last six months or even longer. It has an excellent safety profile and no allergy testing is required. The hyaluronic acid in Restylane® is completely biocompatible with human hyaluronic acid.
How does RESTYLANE® Work?
In a simple procedure with an ultra-fine needle, Restylane® is injected directly into the mid-to-deep dermis for the long-lasting correction of moderate-to-severe facial wrinkles and folds. It works equally well on both men and women. Restylane is a clear gel formulation of hyaluronic acid that is specifically formulated to act like your body’s own naturally produced hyaluronic acid, helping to visibly correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, including the lines that run from your nose toward the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds) and the lines that run from the corners of your mouth toward the chin (marionette lines).
